SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH LODGING

Fraser, CO - SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH LODGING www.ymcarockies.org

GENERAL INFORMATION: Lodging and camping accommodations of all types are available at Snow Mountain Ranch through our group reservation. You may choose to stay three nights at camp, or just two nights. You are also welcome to reserve lodging ahead of camp or after camp for extra vacation time.

All of the Snow Mountain Ranch lodge rooms have private baths and are within walking distance of most camp activities. Campsites are also available. They are a bit further from the main center, but within close driving distance. The lodge rooms accommodate from 4 to 6 people, with most accommodating 6. Therefore, sharing a lodge room with another family is very feasible if you'd like to share expenses. If you are interested in sharing lodging, please send us an email, and we will send the word out to other registered families.

AMENITIES: 5,000 beautiful acres 2 hours into the Colorado Rockies from Denver, SMR offers hiking, fishing, mini-golf, volleyball, tennis, crafts, canoeing, an indoor swimming pool, climbing wall, full service dining hall, and much, much more!

RESERVATIONS: You will be reserving your lodging on-line directly with Snow Mountain Ranch. You will be able to do this as soon as you receive confirmation of your registration for camp via e-mail. At that time, you will receive a password, reservation number and the Snow Mountain Ranch web site to be able to go on-line and make your lodging reservation. You are welcome to reserve lodging before or after camp, but must contact Snow Mountain Ranch directly to do so once you have registered for camp.

Reservations must be made by the camp registration deadline (see above), or rooms will be dropped and you may not be able to stay with the group at Snow Mountain Ranch!

RATES: Average lodging rates for the heritage camp group vary from approximately $527 to $707 for a family of four. These rates include: three nights lodging, breakfast and dinner (lunch is included in your camp fees), and a small amount (approximately $35 per family) for use of the many meeting rooms and facilities we use while at Snow Mountain Ranch. Camping costs an average rate of $93 per campsite. NOTE: If you stay at a campsite, meals are not included, but you may buy them individually in the dining hall.

There are a limited number of individual cabins also available at Snow Mountain Ranch. You must make cabin reservations on your own through the reservations office after April 1st at 303-443-4743. PLEASE indicate that you are with heritage camp when you reserve a cabin! No meals are included in the cabin rates, but you may buy them individually at the dining hall.

You may also decide to stay off-site, in one of the nearby towns, which is perfectly fine as well. You are on your own to find off-site lodging, if you choose to do so. A good resource to find off-site lodging in the area is http://grand-county.com/lodging.html.

Please Note: You will be charged a $5 per person per day (3 days) “facility use fee” if you choose to stay off-site.
